Our team worked closely with leadership to complete a competitor analysis on other similar science centers, on a local and international scale. The team also helped streamline communication between executives and their interns, and developed new channels of intern recruitment from local institutions.
Mom’s House Johnson City
Our team worked to develop a long term vision while also aiding in operational tasks. We curated a social media guide to support marketing efforts, planned events such as the annual SouperBowl to help with fundraising, and worked on a SWOT analysis to assist with long term strategic planning.
Crime Victims Assistance Center
Our team helped streamline their operations and aided in planning their strategy as well. We helped plan events like the Pet Parade and helped to simplify and improve their client surveys to gauge their performance as an organization overall.
Young Women’s Christian Association
We helped with both logistical planning as well as spearheading various fundraising events. The team collaborated with YWCA to plan a Dine and Donate at Michelangelo’s as well as a catered trivia night at Stadium 138 raising over $3,000 for an amazing cause.
